School Day Off

When school is out, camp is in session! Look to Camp Fire and Camp Hantesa to fill the day with more than junk food and video games. Drop off your child at one of our convenient drop locations. Let your child experience a day of fun and adventure at Camp Hantesa. Under the supervision of our trained staff, campers will participate in themed programs. Games, crafts, outdoor activities, and new friends make each day a great experience for each child. Each camper receives a morning and afternoon snack as well as a hot lunch. Drop sites include Camp Fire Service Center (Des Moines), Pioneer Columbus Community Center (Des Moines), Camp Canwita (Ames), and Camp Hantesa (Boone).
