Candy sale

Do you remember when you learned to tie your shoes? Sing the alphabet? Ride a bike? Add and subtract? More than likely these are skills that you don't remember learning, but knowing you can perform them is an important part of your life every day. Your teachers thought of every possible way to make learning these skills fun, and that's one idea behind Camp Fire USA's annual Candy Sale.

Boys and girls who participate in the annual Camp Fire USA Candy Sale are taking part in a unique learning opportunity for youth on presentation, math skills, teamwork, responsibility, confidence and goal-setting. They also have fun, too, and don't even realize they're learning very valuable assets.

Camp Fire USA's Candy Sale is unrestricted revenue that is used to fund outstanding programs through the operating budget. When you buy our delicious candy, you're supporting important activities for youth in your community!

The sale is from January 21, 2010 through February 23, 2010. Each box sales for $5 each; each case is $75 each.

On Saturday, January 23, 2010 the candy sale will be kicked off with the Annual Candy Sculpture Contest at the Merle Hay Mall from 10-11:30. Anyone can register to participate, all sculptures stay on display for two weeks. This is a wonderful opportunity to help promote your organization or club. You are encouraged to leave fliers and brochures along with your sculpture on display.

Creamy mints made by Brown & Haley. These creamy smooth mints are unique to Camp Fire, as they are specially made only for our product sale. Enjoy 16 mint patties per package. A case of mints contains 15 boxes.

Almond Roca made by Brown & Haley. There are 12 mouth watering pieces of Almond Roca per package. A case of Almond Roca contains 15 boxes.

Almond Caramel Clusters manufactured by Brown & Haley. Made with rich creamy caramel, roasted almonds and real milk chocolate, each package contains 10 pieces of candy. A case of almond caramel clusters contains 15 boxes.

 P-Nuttles manufactured by Adams & Brooks. These peanuts are fire-roast coated until they shine with a sweet, crunchy butter toffee shell. Each 12 ounce bag has 9, 1/3 cup servings.
