Conference Center & Retreats

In addition to being a summer overnight and day camp, Camp Hantesa operates as a year round retreat centre open to the public.  If you are looking for a retreat center with a natural atmosphere, Camp Hantesa is available for groups of all sizes. 

Camp Hantesa, located on a 166 acre site is perfect for school overnights, quilting and scrapbooking weekends, family reunions, corporate meeting, weddings, baby showers, graduation parties, youth retreats, and scout camp-outs.  We have bed space for up to 350 people, with many of our buildings operating 12 months of the year.

Buildings vary in type and in size, from Rocho’s Cabin, an historical cabin to Variety Club equipped with a full kitchen and sleeping 36 you will be sure to find something that can accommodate your group’s needs. 

Programming can be tailored to meet your group specific needs; activities available include High Ropes, Climbing, Low Ropes, Archery, Riflery and Ecology as well as many more!

Food service with a wide variety of choice is available for groups with as little as 20 people, please inquire for up to the date menu’s and options.

Buildings available

Clayton Lodge, accommodates up to 400 guests, breakout rooms, full service kitchen, bathrooms, needs to be viewed to be appreciated!

Variety Club, sleeps 36 people, separate bathrooms, kitchen, large living area w/fireplace, open year round, AC available in summer.

Cyrus, sleeps 30 people, separate bathrooms, open plan kitchen/ling area, open year round, AC available in summer.

Village Lodge, sleeps 20, separate bathrooms, large open plan lodge with kitchenette, open year round, AC available in summer.

Shady Glade Lodge, sleeps 24, toilet, stove, lodge, open year round.

Owaissa Valley Lodges, sleep 24 each, external bathrooms, open March-October.

Rocho’s cabin, outhouse, fireplace, historical log cabin.

Cooks, sleeps 7, Bathroom, kitchenette.
